We love these  short wedding videos from Weddings On Film!

Our bride looks stunning in all the footage.

And of course, remember to watch out for yours truly! ;)

We are introducing the VOLUME lash extensions technique into our salon starting this month.  Below are photos of the same set of eyes without lashes, a classic full set, and a volume full set.

With a classic set of extensions, one extension hair is applied per one natural eyelash. So if you have 100 hairs per eye, we will give you 100 extended lashes. With volume extensions, we can add 2 – 6 extensions hair per natural eyelash. So if you have 100 hairs per eye, we can give you 200 – 600 extended lashes. Talk about volume and fullness. This is perfect for clients who have very sparse eyelashes and still want it to look natural or for clients who already have a lot of eyelashes but want extremely glamorous falsie-looking eyelash extensions.

The lashes used for a volume set is much thinner and lighter than what we use for a classic set, so they feel lighter and softer. You are still able to comb through your lashes and your natural lashes will continue to grow out normally.

We love both set! Let us know which set  is the right one for you!

We instantly fell in love with our bride and her sister when we first met them at the trial appointment. The bride’s sister had done all the research and emailing prior to the first meeting, she definitely deserved the Maid Of Honor award! As if that wasn’t cute enough, at the trial they actually called each other “sister!” They were very honest about what they liked and didn’t like but at the same time very positive and encourage. Oh how I wish I had an older or younger sister growing up!

Putting the finishing touches on our bride!

Siblings approved!

Our client has short auburn lashes that she coats in mascara everyday to help make her eyes appear bigger and more awake. She was very excited to come in for her first set of eyelash extensions.

We chose to sizes that were not too dramatic for our first time client. But the extensions were longer, thicker, darker, and had a beautiful curl to help open up our client’s eyes.

She loved them, we loved them, do you? :)

etting the ladies ready in the morning!

One of just our beautiful bridesmaids. We LOVED their robes, so comfy and cute!

A close-up of our bride in her white silk robe right before she puts on her wedding gown. I had met our bride a full two years before her wedding date for her trial. In between, she moved across the country and started a new life. So when I finally saw her again the morning of her wedding, it felt like I was embracing an old friend! We had so much to catch up on!

After getting ready, the ladies stopped for a photo op before heading to the ceremony.

The inspiration for this blog title: the inn where the bridal party was getting ready felt like a cottage in the magical woods. Our bride sure looks magical! Love! <3
