Please keep in mind that booking a Trial session and booking Wedding Date is not one in
the same, these must be done separately. As policy, a signed contract & deposit are required
to reserve your Wedding Date, nothing else. Notifications will not be sent out if other
inquiries are made for the same date. Please keep this in mind if you are booking your Trial
Appointment far in the future.

Vanity Pham values and respects all our clients’ interest and time. However, Vanity Pham
gives first priority and will go out of our way to accommodate a bride on her wedding day.
Therefore, if you are booking a weekend Trial, please know that there is a possibility of
rescheduling or pushing back our appointment, under very short notice, and only if absolutely
necessary. We appreciate your understanding and please know we would do the same for you
on your wedding day!
